M-Series

The M-Series has an inner core made of methanol-washed PA11 BESNO P40 TLO (Nylon 11), a material that has been tried and tested in the Oil and Gas Industry for years. Up to 4 layers of high-tensile spring-steel wire serve as a pressure support. The outer cover is made of polyamide.

• High flexibility - low weight
  Through the combination of these materials this hose series attains high flexibility, low weight and a low permeation rate as it is needed with applications involving methanol-service.

• Hygiene requirements of the NACE
  The hoses are suited for applications up to 60°C (140°F) and working pressures up to 690 bar / 10000 psi with a safety factor of 1:4 (burst pressure appx. 2700 bar / 39160 psi).
  

Furthermore, all hoses of this series meet the hygiene requirements of the NACE Cleanliness Standards.
