New: High-Pressure Hose 8mmUHP-X-3800 expands the SPIR STAR® product range
SPIR STAR® introduces the new 8mmUHP-X-3800 high-pressure hose, specifically designed for demanding surface preparation applications – particularly for paint and coating removal on ships, as well as other industrial cleaning processes.
With a maximum working pressure of 3,800 bar and a burst pressure of 8,000 bar, the 8mmUHP-X-3800 stands out through its combination of performance, flexibility, and durability.
Thanks to its very small minimum bend radius of only 280 mm, the hose offers excellent handling while maintaining a high flow rate.

Optional Double Outer Cover
For particularly harsh operating environments, the hose is also available in a double outer cover version – the 8mmUHP-XDC-3800.
This variant provides additional protection, eliminating the need for a PVC protection hose. Compared to conventional protective sheathing, it allows longer hose lengths while maintaining a more compact outer diameter.
