City Cycling 2026 – SPIR STAR for the municipality of Rimbach

From August 1 to 21, 2026, SPIR STAR once again took part in the CITY CYCLING campaign in the municipality of Rimbach. Over the course of three weeks, our colleagues collected cycling kilometers and once again secured 1st place in the municipality of Rimbach.

A total of 30 active cyclists took part for SPIR STAR. Together, they completed 493 rides and covered 9,354 kilometers, avoiding around 1,534 kilograms of CO₂ emissions.

The overall result for the municipality of Rimbach was also impressive: 137 active cyclists covered more than 35,000 kilometers and avoided around 6 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.

We would like to thank all our colleagues who took part and collected kilometers for our team. With their commitment, they not only contributed to our first-place finish once again, but also sent a strong message for sustainability, team spirit and an active lifestyle.

We are already looking forward to CITY CYCLING 2027!
