NEW – 10mmHydrogen Hose now available!

SPIR STAR - 10mmHydrogen Hose

SPIR STAR is pleased to announce the launch of the new 10mmHydrogen High Pressure Hose – a solution specifically designed for the demanding requirements of hydrogen refuelling and distribution. With outstanding specifications such as an operating temperature range of -40°C to +65°C, a working pressure of up to 962.5 bar and a small bend radius, this ISO 19880-5 certified high pressure hose offers maximum efficiency and safety.

Key benefits of 10mmHydrogen:

Higher flow and faster refuelling

SPIR STAR’s new 10mm Hydrogen hose is designed to significantly increase refuelling speed. With an inner diameter of 9.9mm, this hose achieves refuelling rates up to three times faster than conventional hoses on the market at the same pressure. This advancement enables a refuelling rate of up to 300 grams per second, making it ideal for H70 high-flow applications.

Optimal handling and flexibility

In addition to its high performance, the new hydrogen hose has a bending radius of just 180 mm and a weight of 0.64 kg/m, ensuring optimal handling and manoeuvrability.

Low permeation rate

This new type of hose offers an exceptionally low permeation rate, making it particularly safe and durable.
