Successful premiere of the film series « Odenwald im Wandel – Natur, Menschen und Klima »

On 27 March, the time had finally come: The film series « Odenwald in Transition – Nature, People and Climate », initiated by SPIR STAR AG, celebrated its premiere. This film project focuses on the effects of climate change in the Odenwald region and highlights the deep connection between nature, people and the environment.

The first three episodes of the series were presented to an audience of numerous guests. The films focus on forests, orchards and biodiversity, and illustrate how climate change is affecting the Odenwald region. In addition to stunning nature footage, local experts shared their insights. They provided fascinating perspectives on their work and emphasised the importance of sustainable environmental management.

Following the screening of the ten-minute episodes, the contributors and the film crew were invited on stage for interviews. The audience was visibly impressed by the experience and commitment of the protagonists, as well as the high quality of the filmmaking.

« With this film series, we want to raise awareness that climate change is not just happening in faraway places, but right in our own backyards. Everyone can make a small contribution to protecting our environment, » said Ruben de Graaf, CEO of SPIR STAR AG, in his opening speech.
