Quality and safety
When working with ultra-high pressures, tragic accidents can quickly occur if the product is used incorrectly or due to low product quality.
To give our customers the necessary safety and confidence in our products during use, product quality is our top priority.
Owing to the high creativity of our employees, we have been able to constantly further develop our products over the past decades. In doing so, we always try to exceed the expectations of our customers.
Throughout the manufacturing process, we use only high-quality materials and can ensure consistent quality of our high-pressure hoses due to strict production and testing guidelines.
Since our hose products are manufactured and inspected according to industry standards, a large number of our products are certified according to current standards such as DIN EN 1829-2 or ISO 19880-5.
To achieve this, tests are performed on our hoses using state-of-the-art testing equipment, such as impulse test stands, volumetric expansion measuring devices, external pressure resistance, tensile strength as well as burst pressure testing equipment.
In addition, each completed hose assembly is pressure tested again before shipment. On request, we will be happy to issue a corresponding test certificate according to EN 10204.
SPIR STAR® AG has been a DIN EN ISO 9001 certified company since 1995 and thus guarantees the complete documentation of the processes. Thanks to our proven QM system, it is possible to trace all raw materials used for production at any time.
