Whistleblower portal
Compliance with the laws and regulations is top priority at SPIR STAR AG.
For this reason, we have set up a whistleblower portal for the protection of people who have obtained information about violations and criminal offences in the course of their professional activities and would like to report these. Reports can be made completely anonymously and after submitting his/her report, the whistleblower will receive a legally secure digital confirmation about the content of the report and of its having been sent.
The whistleblower portal we have set up is not located on any website operated by SPIR STAR AG and is thus outside SPIR STAR AG’s sphere of responsibility.
When the whistleblower portal is opened, the data protection regulations will change.
